Sharing & Collaboration

MAXRES Construct provides features that enable lesson sharing and collaborative development between users. This supports peer review, team-based authoring, and efficient reuse of existing content.

Overview​

Lessons can be shared between users within the same platform instance. Depending on the granted permissions, collaborators can either view or edit shared lessons.

Requirements​

  • A registered user account on the MAXRES Construct platform
  • Access to the Dashboard and lesson authoring tools

Shared Lessons​

Shared lessons are visible in a dedicated All Lessons area of the Dashboard.

By default, all lessons in a given workspace are shared with all other users within that Workspace to facilitate trasnparency and collaboration. If there is a requirement to restrict access to certain areas of a course (e.g. due to security classification) then we recommend creating a new Workspace and assigning only users that need access.

By using the sharing and collaboration tools in MAXRES Construct, instructional teams can co-develop lessons, streamline content review, and distribute lessons more effectively across departments or teams.
